Regulatory work on cryptocurrencies continues, while new statements come from SPK President İbrahim Ömer Gönül.
Speaking to Bloomberg, Gönül made important statements about market regulations, public offerings, and efforts regarding crypto assets.
Gönül, who stated that secondary regulations regarding cryptocurrencies came very soon in the past days, announced in today's statement that the regulations will be released in January.
The head of the Capital Markets Board (SPK) also stated that the establishment and operational conditions of the platforms will be clarified in order to increase investor security.
We hope to complete the secondary regulations related to cryptocurrency platforms hopefully within January and release them.
We will discuss topics such as how these platforms are established and how the crypto investor can be kept safe.
