Jin10データ7月1日、国科軍工が発表したところによると、株主の杨明华、陈功林は集中入札取引方式で会社の株式を最大2,088,420株減持する予定であり、これは会社の総株式数の1%を超えない。また、ブロック取引方式で最大3,789,115株を減持する予定で、これは会社の総株式数の1.8143%を超えない。公告の開示日から15取引日後の3ヶ月以内に行う。減持価格は市場価格に基づいて決定される。
