安森美と工業材料サプライヤーのEntegrisは、供給プロトコルに署名しました
金十データ8月8日ニュース、工業材料サプライヤーのEntegrisは、チップメーカーのアンセミコンダクターと長期供給プロトコルに合意し、シリコンカーバイド（SiC）半導体の製造技術ソリューションを提供すると発表しました。以前の報道によると、アンセミコンダクターは、今年後半に200mm（8インチ）のシリコンカーバイド（SiC）ウェハの認証を行い、2025年に生産に投入する予定です。
