ChainCatcher 情報によると、DefiLlama の創設者である0xngmiはXプラットフォームで記事を投稿し、「昨日、またもや典型的な事例が発生しました：プロジェクトチームがまず株式資金調達によってVC投資を獲得し、その後トークンとNFTの販売によってさらなる資金を調達し、株式に類似したトークンを発行し、最終的に9桁の金額で買収されました。しかし、株主（投資家、創業者、従業員を含む）は全額の収益を得ましたが、トークンホルダーは何も得られませんでした。」
