アメリカ連邦準備制度理事会は、前回の利下げを2024年9月18日に行い、その時には連邦基金金利目標の範囲を50ベーシスポイント引き下げ、4.75%から5%の間に引き下げました。これは2020年3月以来の初めての利下げです。
それ以前、米連邦準備システム（FRS）は2024年11月7日にも利下げを行い、連邦基準金利の目標範囲を25ベーシスポイント引き下げ、4.50%〜4.75%にしました。それぞれの利下げの際には、仮想通貨市場は大きく下落しましたが、なぜ規則率になってしまったのでしょうか。
