金色の財務ニュースによると、ブロックチェーンネットワークElastosは、BTCLayer2のBeL2 Arbiterネットワークのパブリックテスト版をリリースしました。Elastosの運営責任者であるSasha Mitchellは、「ArbiterネットワークはBeL2インフラストラクチャの重要なパズルピースであり、Arbiterが提供する信頼性のない監視と時間ベースのサービスにより、完全に分散化されたBTC金融プラットフォームを提供することができます。これにより、BTCのリスク耐性を十分に活用しながら、中央集権化された保管業者に依存することなく利益を得ることができます。」と述べています。
