Deutsche Bank partners with Bitpanda to develop digital asset custody services

According to Gate News bot, Bloomberg reports that Deutsche Bank is developing digital asset custody services, scheduled for launch in 2024. Insiders revealed that the bank has partnered with the technology department of the crypto assets exchange Bitpanda to assist in building this product.

Deutsche Bank's corporate banking division announced its custody plan for the first time in 2022. In addition to partnering with Bitpanda, the bank will also continue to collaborate with Swiss technology provider Taurus SA to develop this service.

Deutsche Bank also publicly stated earlier this month that it is researching stablecoins and various forms of tokenized deposits.
