Ukraine claims drone attack on Russian air defense missile factory

Jin10 data reported on July 1st that Ukrainian officials stated their long-range drones attacked a military factory in Izhevsk, Russia, which produces air defense systems. According to sources in Kyiv familiar with the attack, the factory, located in the Udmurt Republic in the Volga region, is 1,300 kilometers (808 miles) from the Ukrainian border and is responsible for the manufacture of attack drones. Udmurt Republic Governor Alexander Brechalov confirmed that a Ukrainian drone attacked a factory in Izhevsk, resulting in 3 deaths and 35 injuries, but he did not disclose the location of the attack.
