CNBC: OpenAI dissolves AGI preparation team

It is reported that Miles Brundage, the chief advisor of the AGI Readiness team, announced his resignation in a Substack post. He stated that the main reason for his resignation is that he believes his external research can have a greater impact, the opportunity cost is too high, and he hopes to reduce biases and believes that he has achieved his goals at OpenAI.
