US Treasury bonds fluctuated on the last day of 2024, with a steep yield curve.

Golden Finance reported that the trading session on the last day of 2024 was shortened due to the holiday. The trading of US Treasury futures was active, but the price impact was not significant, and the closing prices fluctuated. After the index rebalancing at 1:00 PM New York time, the yield curve steepened. The yield of 10-year Treasury bonds rose by nearly 5 basis points to 4.58% during the day, initially approaching 4.50%, the lowest level in over a week.
