Bank of America: Trump's policies and EU reforms may help strengthen the euro in the next two years.

Bank of America analysts pointed out in a report that the euro is likely to strengthen against the dollar in the next couple of years due to President Trump's policy plans and the historically significant reforms in the European Union. Analysts believe that the combination of Trump's tariff policies and government spending cuts could lead the U.S. economy into stagflation, where high inflation coexists with weak economic growth. At the same time, Germany's fiscal expansion plan and the EU's defense spending plans will become important turning points for the economic development of the eurozone.
