The lawsuit against Caitlyn Jenner's Meme coin was dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction in the United States.
A federal judge in California dismissed a class action lawsuit against Caitlyn Jenner and her partner Sophia Hutchins, with British investors claiming losses exceeding $40,000 due to holding the JENNER Meme coin they issued. The judge found that the plaintiffs failed to demonstrate that the transaction was subject to U.S. law but allowed them to supplement evidence by May 23. The plaintiffs accused the Jenner team of causing a big dump by issuing the similarly named tokens on Solana and Ethereum and promoting a pet coin called BBARK. This incident was previously associated with trader Sahil Arora. (Decrypt)
