In the blockchain finance sector, a revolution regarding Real World Assets (RWA) is quietly unfolding. Huma Finance, as the pioneer of this transformation, is redefining the concept of collateral by incorporating the financing needs of wages, invoices, and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) projects into the on-chain credit system, ushering in a new era of financial democratization.

Huma Finance has launched three disruptive applications, each targeting the financial needs of specific groups:

1. Wage Flow Financing: This service is primarily aimed at gig economy workers. Users can use their expected salary for the next 6 months as collateral to quickly obtain a loan of 80% of their monthly salary in USDC, with an annual interest rate of only 5%-8%. The platform has achieved automated risk control by linking APIs from platforms like Uber and Upwork, and currently has a default rate of zero.

2. Invoice Financing: In response to the financing difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, Huma allows suppliers to pledge accounts receivable invoices to immediately obtain 90% of the face value in USDC. This service significantly shortens the payment cycle in traditional trade financing from an average of 90 days to just 1 day. Since merging with Arf, Huma has processed over $2.3 billion in invoice financing transactions, serving various industries including manufacturing and logistics.

3. DePIN Financing: Providing financing support for decentralized data centers, 5G base stations, and other DePIN projects. Huma has designed a customized credit model for these projects, allowing repayment plans to be dynamically adjusted based on usage. It is worth mentioning that the "Solana Data Hub" project has successfully raised 10 million USD through Huma, and it is expected to achieve an annual yield of up to 15% after completion.

From a technical perspective, Huma's RWA protocol adopts an innovative approach of "SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) + NFTization" to convert real-world assets into digitally verifiable certificates on the Blockchain. For example, wage streams are encapsulated as NFTs based on the ERC-1155 standard, which can be split, traded, or re-collateralized. Additionally, Huma utilizes decentralized signal processors (DSP) to integrate off-chain data sources such as bank statements and e-commerce sales data, assessing credit risk in real-time through machine learning technology.

Huma Finance's innovative measures not only provide ordinary individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises with more flexible and efficient financing channels, but also inject new momentum into the development of emerging blockchain infrastructure projects like DePIN. As these applications continue to improve and expand, we have reason to believe that a more inclusive and efficient financial ecosystem is being formed.
