The scandal related to fraud in February, which is claimed to be linked to Argentine President Javier Milei, continues behind LIBRA.

Argentinian lawyer Gregorio Dalbon has requested a global arrest warrant for Hayden Davis, a co-creator of the LIBRA token that caused a political scandal in the country.
A lawyer claimed that the creator of LIBRA could obstruct the investigation by leaving the US.
Dalbon, who reached a market value of 4.5 billion dollars before its collapse, has requested an investigation into the connection between the controversial memecoin LIBRA and President Javier Milei to the prosecutor and judge.
Dalbon said there is a procedural risk if Davis is not arrested and released, as he could access a large amount of money that would allow him to escape from or hide in the USA.
"Davis' actions, from the inception to the collapse of LIBRA and the profits from the constituent accounts, point to a possible pattern of behavior aimed at defrauding investors by exploiting his connections with Javier Milei and Karina Milei, the Argentine government's top officials.
Given the magnitude of the scandal and the significant losses suffered by investors, it is clear that Hayden Mark Davis remaining free poses a procedural risk.
The central role in the creation and launch of the LIBRA cryptocurrency increases the likelihood of taking steps to escape justice when combined with the international impact of the case.
Argentinian President Javier Milei made many posts about Solana (SOL)-based LIBRA token. Milei first shared a promotional tweet about the token from his official account, then deleted the tweet claiming no connection with the token after its price plummeted.
