According to Deep Tide TechFlow news, on June 3rd, Avery Ching, CEO of Aptos Labs, will testify at a hearing in the House of Representatives on June 4th, US time, sharing his unique perspective on building blockchain infrastructure. The hearing's theme is "The Future of American Innovation and Digital Assets: From Blueprint to Practical Framework," aiming to promote the development of clear and practical legislative frameworks for digital asset market structures.
As one of the few invited Layer 1 Blockchain technology founders and CEOs to speak at Congress, Avery will explain the core role of tokens in open networks, practical use cases on Aptos, and the importance of clear regulation for technological innovation in the United States from the perspective of an engineer and builder.
The hearing is led by the Agriculture Committee, which oversees the CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission), and has substantial influence in the legislative framework of the digital asset market structure.
