Ripple's Banking Dream Sparks Expectations: Could XRP Reach 50 USD?
Ripple has just submitted an application for a license to become a national bank in America, along with a request for a "master account" from the Federal Reserve. If approved, Ripple will have the right to provide FDIC insured accounts and connect directly to national payment systems such as Fedwire and FedNow. This is a bold move, opening up the possibility of transforming Ripple into a hybrid organization between traditional banks and blockchain companies. Vincent Van Code, a long-time supporter of XRP, called this "a historic turning point," while predicting that the price of XRP could reach between 30 to 50 USD in the long term.
Technical and organizational indicators both support XRP. Currently, XRP is holding steady on the upward trend, trading around 2.27 USD with positive technical signals. The formation of a "golden cross" and the significant increase in open contracts indicate that investor confidence is rising. Experts are monitoring the breakthrough mark of 2.38 USD, which could pave the way to 2.50 USD, even 3.50 USD by the end of the year. Meanwhile, the involvement of major organizations like Grayscale adding XRP to its large-cap ETF portfolio indicates that Wall Street is gradually accepting this asset, despite legal barriers from the SEC.
Target 50 USD: Fantasy or based on facts? Although many people doubt that the price of 50 USD will make the market capitalization of XRP "unrealistic", supporters argue that comparing XRP to traditional stocks is misleading. If XRP is deeply integrated into the global financial system, from payments, digital asset custody to cooperation with governments, then the price limit could significantly expand. Van Code emphasizes: "With the ETF momentum, access to banks, and strategic partners like the Saudi government, this goal is no longer a pipe dream."
