The judge approves Celsius to provide legal services through Non-fungible Token Airdrop
CoinVoice has learned that Celsius is attempting to reverse the so-called fraudulent transfer and recover more funds for creditors. However, due to the Anonymity of the technology, Celsius has been unable to identify the owners of the Wallet related to the transfer.
Therefore, the litigation administrator has designed a new alternative service method solution. Celsius proposes to airdrop a Non-fungible Token to the relevant Wallet Address, which includes a hyperlink to a website containing complaints and other relevant legal documents. To ensure that the Non-fungible Token is properly delivered, Celsius will have FTI Consulting confirm that the Wallet has received the Non-fungible Token on-chain and record the exact date and time when the Non-fungible Token was opened.
