PANews, April 23 - According to a report by Decrypt, YouTube influencers Kyle Forgeard and John Shahidi (also known as Nelk Boys) have had their defense lawyers file a motion to dismiss a class action lawsuit accusing them of fraud in the Full Send Metacard NFT project. The lawsuit was filed in January on behalf of Metacard NFT buyers, claiming the defendants misled consumers with promises of exclusive privileges and community access. It is alleged that the two also distorted the Metacard plans prior to the sale on January 19, 2022, thereby enticing the plaintiffs to purchase tokens on that date.
