Priority support is available for Ultra v2 users. When there is a problem with the transaction or the exchange transaction does not meet expectations, Jupiter will provide round-the-clock assistance. Ultra v2 offers gas-free trading support, allowing users to directly exchange any token even if they don't have SOL in their wallet. Network fees are handled by Jupiter in the background, so users don't have to worry about it.
