Gate will launch LayerEdge (EDGEN) spot trading on June 2, 2025, at 18:30 (UTC+8), supporting the EDGEN/USDT trading pair. EDGEN is a token based on the ERC-20 protocol, with a total supply of 1 billion.
LayerEdge is a project dedicated to creating the world's first user-driven zero-knowledge verification layer. The project transforms ordinary devices into verification nodes through the edgenOS system, building a distributed verification network and establishing a Web3 verification infrastructure based on the security foundation of Bitcoin.
At the same time, Gate will launch the EDGEN mining event from June 2, 2025, 20:00 to June 9, 2025, 20:00 (UTC+8). Users can participate by staking GT, BTC, and ETH, with a total reward pool of 7.5 million EDGEN, and rewards will be distributed hourly.
