Alpenglow aims to reduce block finalization time from 12.8s to nearly 150ms. The proposal will enter the voting phase during Epochs 840~420 (currently at 834, one Epoch is approximately 2 days). The voting rule states that the approval rate must reach 2/3 of the total votes (approval + disapproval) to pass.
