The new version of 'mytonctrl' adds a new command, 'checkef', which outputs the efficiency data of Validators in the previous and current rounds. This command retrieves data by calling the 'checkloadall' tool. The efficiency score obtained from the 'status' command was outdated and has been removed. TON Status previously stated that the punishment system for underperforming Validators will be fully implemented on September 9th and will be stricter in the future.
